Data Retention
We retain relevant Personally Identifiable Information related to your account and/or your business relationship with us pursuant to applicable federal and state rules and regulations and so long as retaining said Personally Identifiable Information is necessary including, but not limited to, the duration of your lease, the duration of time when you are a tenant, the duration for which any amounts owed to us are due by you, and a reasonable period after termination of any business relationship.
Information Collected

Business-to-Business (“B2B”) Information
If you are a contact person for any of our business partners, vendors, distributors, suppliers, service providers, contractors, or other entities with which we have a business relationship or potential business relationship, we collect the contact information you provide to us, including name, phone number, address, email address and other contact and relationship information consistent with your role in facilitating that business relationship. We use that information for internal purposes, including to contact you, send and receive information, and otherwise facilitate the business relationship. We do not disclose that information outside our business relationship without your consent. Please see Annex 1 for more details.
Information Sold or Used for Targeted Advertising
As explained in Annex 1 of this Policy, we and our third-party partners such as social networking sites and advertising companies, share your data in order to serve you with ads tailored to your preferences across various platforms. This type of sharing may be considered a sale or sharing of information for targeted advertising purposes under certain state laws. You can control the information shared about you and request an opt-out.

California Consumers have the right to request that we disclose to that consumer or a person or business designated by the consumer as his or her authorized agent (as explained below):

California Consumers have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information that we have collected or that we maintain (and direct our service providers to do the same). Please note that there are a number of exemptions to the requirement that your personal information be deleted. For example, we cannot delete your personal information if you are a current tenant, have not properly and completely vacated your unit and removed all personal items, owe a balance on your account, or are subject to any legal or collection activity.

California Consumers have the right to request that we correct any Personal Information about the consumer that we have collected or that we maintain (and direct our service providers to do the same) that is either inaccurate or incomplete.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information and the Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information or Sharing Personal Information for Cross Contextual Advertising
We do not “sell” Personal Information as the term “sell” is commonly understood; however, we may share information with third-party analytics and advertising partners for purposes of promoting our Services, such as for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. Sensitive Information
Consumers have the right to limit the use and disclosure of certain sensitive personal information (as defined in the CCPA). We currently do not process sensitive personal information for any purposes other than those specified in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121, Regulations § 7027(m). .
Authorizing an Agent to Exercise Your Rights
Consumers have the right to designate an authorized agent to exercise the privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. To designate an authorized agent, you must either provide the agent with an executed power of attorney or provide the authorized agent with written permission, signed by you, to exercise your CCPA rights. The agent must also be registered with the California Secretary of State.
If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a consumer, then please state so in your request and provide both the information listed above concerning the consumer and your full name, address, telephone number and email address. if you are a parent or legal guardian making the request on behalf of your minor child, please also state so in your request.

Additionally, as permitted by law, if the information requested to be deleted is necessary for us to maintain, we will not be able to comply with your request. We will notify you if this is the case.
